Patients, their carers and families are at the heart of everything we do.

Our purpose built Hospice in Goldsworth Park Centre, Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing Care is leading the way in specialist palliative care for individuals who have life-limiting and terminal illnesses.

The Hospice has 20-bed In-Patient Unit each of the rooms are beautifully decorated and all have en-suite bathrooms and balconies. In addition, each room has a Smart TV' and overnight stays can be arranged for family and carers where possible.

There is also  a Family/Visitor area for In-Patient visitors equipped with a kitchenette.

The Retreat, located in the garden to the front of the Hospice, is also a quiet place for visitors and spiritual reflection.

The day unit, the Bradbury Wellbeing Centre, is a large versatile space with a fully equipped kitchen, together with a spa, physiotherapy gym, assessment rooms and consultation and counselling offices.

The hospice garden outside of the Garden Café and Wellbeing Centre was designed by landscape gardener Charlotte Harris, who is a RHS Chelsea Flower Show Gold Medal Winner and we have our Wildwood Garden which was renamed after a recent visit from local legend and hospice supporter Paul Weller.

Our Garden Café is open to visitors to the hospice and to the general public serving freshly baked cakes, hot and cold drinks, sandwiches and salads.

Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing Care is far more than just a building. Year on year we provide care for thousands of patients living with complex life-limiting and terminal illnesses as well as their carers and family across North West Surrey.

The Hospice is a vibrant, warm and welcoming place.
