From Monday 14 October –Monday 28 October, local solicitors and Will Writers across North West Surrey have generously agreed to set aside a limited number of appointments to help you make a standard Will, in return for a donation to the hospice.
Lyons and Company were one of the solicitors that supported Make a Will Fortnight last year, and Clare Leigh, Wills and Probate Partner, and her team are looking forward to being involved again this year.
“Make a Will Fortnight is a really good opportunity to make a Will, knowing that not only will you ensure that your affairs are in order and your wishes either put in place or updated, but that by doing so you are also able to support the work of Woking and Sam Beare Hospice” commented Claire Leigh “Despite the importance of making a Will, it is something that many people put off doing. The opportunity to make a Will, free of legal charges, whilst supporting the Hospice proved a great incentive for those we helped last year. The scheme made it simple and accessible for our clients to be involved in and was very worthwhile for all who took part”.
“We would like to thank all the solicitors and will writers who have kindly agreed to be a part of our Make a Will Fortnight” commented Lucie Trussler, Legacies Manager at Woking & Sam Beare Hospices “The funds raised from this will help us to continue to support the families in our community through some of the hardest times in their lives”.
Appointments will be available at the participating solicitors throughout the fortnight for more information or to find your local solicitor please contact our legacies team on 01483 881752 or email email@example.com
