We are looking to raise the profile of our Woking Store – based in the centre of Woking it is close to all amenities and the station – easily commutable from surrounding areas. Currently we open Monday to Saturday and offer alternative weekends on a rota basis and a generous holiday allowance providing an excellent work-life balance.
As a store manager you are not just helping us raise funds, you are helping to improve the lives of people within our community.
We are looking for candidates with a passion for retail who enjoy engaging with the public to act as an ambassador for Woking & Sam Beare Hospice. Reporting to the Area Manager you will need to be positive and proactive. With excellent communication skills and IT skills you will have the ability to inspire your staff and volunteers. We are looking for good visual merchandising skills and attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
Our stores are the first port of call for the public and our supporters therefore a fabulous customer experience in store is key.
Salary range is between £18,270 and £18,634 depending on experience. We offer a pension scheme and 25 days annual leave. Full range of benefits can we found on our web site – these include working alternative weekends and excellent bank holiday allowance.
