Do you have a passion for books and have retail management experience with excellent customer service skills? Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be an experienced Store Manager who is confident and proactive and who has an interest in books. You will need passion and leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team of staff and volunteers. With an eye for detail and administration, store standards are really important to you. With excellent customer service skills, you will enjoy being on the sales floor and act as an ambassador for the Charity. Sales and Gift Aid will be a priority and you will work to agreed targets and objectives. You will be a Manager who will engage, inspire and a create a fantastic shopping experience every day for a fantastic cause.
Our Woking and Sam Beare Hospices shops are one of the most important ways in which we raise money to support people living through the challenges of life-limiting illnesses.
