An exciting opportunity has arisen at Woking and Sam Beare Hospice for a registered nurse to join our friendly, dynamic and forward thinking team.
Our patients have life limiting conditions and may be with us for symptom control, terminal end of life care or respite care.
We are seeking a caring and compassionate nurse who is looking to develop their knowledge, skills and leadership abilities within a palliative care setting. Whilst experience of palliative care is desirable it is not essential as we can offer support through our training and development programme.
You will be an integral member of the multi-disciplinary team and will play a key role in planning, implementing and evaluating evidence based individualised nursing care.
