- In collaborative partnership with the Trustees, Chief Executive, Executive Team and the Clinical Team the post holder will contribute to the strategic development of the Hospice and work to ensure objectives of high quality patient care are achieved.
- To exercise strong leadership and management of the full range of Hospice Clinical services in line with Hospice strategy.
- The post holder will ensure that the Hospice services are compliant with regulatory bodies, such as the Care Quality Commission and the Clinical Commissioning Group and other relevant statutory authorities and policies of the Trustees.
