Are you passionate about customer service and do you have retail management experience? Reporting to the Store Manager you will be an Assistant Manager who is positive, and proactive. You will have great communication skills and the ability to inspire a team of staff and volunteers.
With an eye for detail, strong visual, and selling skills, high standards are really important to you. You will enjoy working in a busy store, being active on the sales floor with our retail volunteers and interacting with our customers and acting as an ambassador for Woking Sam Beare Hospice. Our stores are often the first port of call for the public and our supporters therefore a fabulous customer experience in store is key.
Woking and Sam Beare Hospice raises money to support people living through the challenges of life-limiting and terminal illnesses in North West Surrey – 70% of our care is at home in the local community. This is a rewarding role that can really make a difference.
