Our Woking & Sam Beare Hospices’ shops are one of the most important ways in which we raise money to support people living through the challenges of life-changing illnesses. So by becoming an Assistant Manager at one of our shops you are not just helping us to turn profits, you are helping to improve the lives of people within our Community.
You will join a team of dedicated employees and volunteers to help create a well-presented shop where customers get great service, to maximise sales, control expenditure and handle stock from our Warehouse. You will need to be organised with natural teamwork skills, have good arithmetic and a gift for customer service. Previous shop/retail experience would be desirable with a flexible approach and good communication skills.
