£9,161.10 per annum
Are you passionate about customer service and do you have retail management experience? Reporting to the Store Manager you will be an Assistant Manager who is positive, and proactive. You will have great communication skills and the ability to work with the Store Manager to inspire a team of staff and volunteers. With an eye for detail, strong visual, and housekeeping skills, high standards are really important to you. You will enjoy working in a busy store, being active on the sales floor with our retail volunteers. Our stores are often the first port of call for our customers and supporters therefore a fabulous customer experience in store is key. Woking and Sam Beare Hospices retail stores are one of the most important ways in which we raise money to support people living through the challenges of life-limiting illnesses. So by becoming an Assistant Manager with us, you are not just helping us to turn profits, you are helping to improve the lives of people within our community.
