You should be

Passionate about retail and enjoy a customer facing role. Ideally able to problem solve and think outside the box you will cover the stores and help bring in valued income for the charity.

Ideally from a retail background with experience of running a store and working with teams you will be motivated with a can do attitude. With excellent communication and IT skills you will have the ability to inspire your teams.   An eye for detail is key for this role together with good visual merchandising skills to ensure that the stores have high standards at all times.

Job Summary

You would work with the Retail Operations Manager to improve standards and store performance.

It would be your responsibility to ensure that the stores are open at all times during trading hours and provide relief cover when required,  maintain KPI’s and high standards in the stores in customer service, sales and visual merchandising, and also ensure that all policies and procedures are followed in line with WSBH retail guidelines.

Woking & Sam Beare Hospice, a regional charity organisation working closely with its NHS partners to provide excellent care to patients and their families.  Operating from a bespoke building in Goldsworth Park in Woking, the Charity provides in-patient and community services across North West Surrey.
