Starting with a cup of chai and a samosa, you will begin your journey into the heat and dust of the Indian sub-continent, travelling along the age-old spice route. Learn all about commonly used spices and how the humble curry became the nation’s favourite food. See and sample Mandira’s Kitchen’s award-winning dishes and even discover how to make an authentic curry in a hurry.
Everything that is cooked in Mandira’s Kitchen has fresh produce, family recipes and lots of love as the main ingredients. There are no preservatives or unpronounceable bits and every dish comes with a personal story.
