Come and ‘Conquer the Hills’ on foot for Woking & Sam Beare Hospices
Take on one, two or all three of Surrey’s iconic hills for a running challenge that will take you to new heights.
Choose between Newlands Corner, Leith Hill and Box Hill. Choose to follow the road routes or go cross-country.
Run at your leisure and spread out your distance over the month or challenge yourself to beat the bends and overcome those inclines for your personal best in a single day.
This event is open to all runners but please ensure you are fit enough to tackle these hills and have planned your route before you begin your run.
To take part simply register with us today and during the month of August send us your evidence that you have conquered your hills (through, Strava, Garmin etc.) and we will send you your special hospice medal and certificate of completion
This challenge is undertaken in your own time and the hospice is unable to provide marshals or first aid support when you are running. We recommend that you follow Government guidelines on social distancing for runners that are current at the time of your cycle and also for any friends and family who might come to cheer you on. Good luck!
