Conference and Meeting room hire
On the second floor of the new hospice facility we have an education and conference centre that is available for hire to local community organisations at very competitive prices.
The hiring of our meeting spaces will help us to generate income and by making us your hiring venue of choice you will be contributing towards the delivery of our specialist care to over 1,400 patients and their families each year.
There are two conference rooms, one larger room (Conference Room 1) and one smaller room (Conference Room 2) that can be hired separately or opened up as one large space.

Conference Room 1: £20 per hour
Conference Room 2: £20 per hour
Conference 1 and 2: £30 per hour
All bookings are based on a minimum of three hours. Catering is not included in these prices.
£35 per delegate
Based on a minimum of 10 people you can hire either Conference 1, 2 or both together.
Included in the price is lunch, tea, coffee, biscuits and afternoon cake.
