Remember a loved one this Christmas with Sam Beare Hospice.
Please join us at St James Church in Church Street, Weybridge to remember and celebrate life in our Light up a Life Service.

The service led by the Chaplaincy team from the Hospice includes readings from the bible and christmas carols.
A dedication leaflet will be available in September to dedicate a light in memory of loved ones and will be available to downlaod from this site.
A Light up a Life service will also take place for Woking Hospice on the 5th December. Details here
