Bagshot shop is celebrating its 10 year anniversary

On Wednesday 16 August the Woking & Sam Beare Hospice charity shop in Bagshot will celebrate its 10 year anniversary. County Councillor Mike Goodman, Cabinet Member for Environment and Transport for Bagshot, Windlesham and Chobham will be attending the celebrations to show his support for the long-running shop, and all customers will be able to enjoy a special 10% off all items too.

The retail team, which helps generates funds for Woking & Sam Beare Hospices local patient care, will also thank the many volunteers who have donated their time to help in the shop over the past 10 years, and in particular Anne Huseey and Phyl Wood, who have been volunteering from the very beginning.

The Woking & Sam Beare Hospices Retail Manager, Chantelle Milne comments: “As a local shop, we rely on the generosity of our local community, so its lovely that we can all come together to celebrate this occasion.”

Woking and Sam Beare Hospices rely enormously on volunteers to ensure their 17 local charity shops are run efficiently and provide a pleasant shopping experience for all their customers. Are you interested in volunteering in one of our shops? If so, please click here.
