37.5 hours a week this could be flexible across 30 hours
£20,000 – £21,500 depending on experience

To provide high quality and efficient customer service using analytical skills , alongside the Lottery & Raffles Manager, Lottery Co-ordinator and Volunteers.
- To co-ordinate Raffle activities prior to, during and post the draw in conjunction with the Lottery & Raffles Manager
- Responsibility for customer care calls
- Responsibility for Lottery payments made via Direct Debit including setup, processing and payment import
