Show us your support

Our Hospices are seperate independant charities and are mostly run on funds raised by the energy of groups, individual donations and the support of local businesses.

Companies in our area can help us in so many ways, they may have a skill or service that they would be willing to donate, which allows us to keep needed funds within the Hospice for care.

Of course direct financial support - via donations or fund raising initiatives- is always extremely welcome and attracts very favourable exposure for the donor.

These are some of the companies currently supporting our Hospices:

The local Estate Agent with offices in Elmbridge have 'homed in' on fundraising and have agreed that 10% of any fees that they receive from the sale of properties that are introduced to them by any party wishing to support Sam Beare Hospice, will be paid directly to the Hospice fundraising team. As a proud member of the local Surrey community Miller Brands, is pleased to support Woking Hospice.

Miller Brands has organised a number of activities ranging from donating unused office furniture to the hospice furniture shop in Knaphill as well as offering a raffle prize of a trip for two to visit the famous brewery in Plzen, Czech Republic - where the premium beer Pilsner Urquell hails from. The prize was raffled off at the Hospice's annual Dove Ball in November at Wentworth Golf Club.

Ex-show home furniture from Barratt Southern counties was recently donated to our furniture store in Knaphill. The items were of extremely high quality and sold very quickly raising over £500 for Woking Hospice. Receptionist Kate Walsh from Barratt had the idea and hopes that they will be able to help us with other furniture in the future.
