We rely on our supporters to care for 4 out of every 5 of our patients and we want your experience with us to be rewarding and positive. Without your generosity, local people would not receive the warm and loving care from our Hospices at a time in their lives when they need it most.
We use the Fundraising Regulator Code of Practice as our minimum standard and go beyond it where we can. However, if we have not met your expectations please do let us know.
If you have complained to us and do not feel that your fundraising complaint has been resolved satisfactorily by Woking & Sam Beare Hospices within 30 working days, then you can refer your complaint to the Fundraising Regulator,Gambling Commission or IBAS.
