VISION
Woking & Sam Beare Hospices aspires to a time when every individual can approach death informed, supported and free of pain; a time when the needs of the individual, and of those close to them, are met with personalised care at the end of life. 

MISSION
Woking & Sam Beare Hospices are a independent charities dedicated to providing specialised end of life care and support to local people, their families, friends and carers.

Patients, their families and carers are at the heart of what we do and everything we seek to achieve.  We are responsive to individual needs, and a commitment to supporting choice and independence is central to the care we offer. 

Care with compassion
We care for all with compassion, ensuring respect and dignity.  We communicate with honesty and sensitivity to enable understanding and choice.  

Striving for excellence
We strive for excellence in all we do.  Our commitment to continual learning and development in the field of palliative care underpins the high quality of care and expertise for which we have a valued reputation.

We are committed to working in partnership with patients and their families and carers, to shape the care we provide.   We share knowledge with other professionals and organisations to improve the services offered.

We offer patients access to Woking & Sam Beare Hospices services with fairness, without discrimination or charge.  We identify needs, and collaborate with others to create access to the best care possible for patients and their families and carers.
